TERMS and CONDITONS
GENERAL
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of the company these terms and conditions will take precedence over any others
ORDERS
No order shall be binding on this company unless and until it has been accepted in writing by the Company
PRICES
All prices quoted are valid for 30 days (unless specifically agreed otherwise) and any items added to existing orders after this period will be charged at any higher rate applicable at the time of the addition.
Unless stated the prices quoted are EX- WORKS and the cost of carriage, packing and insurance will be recoverable from the Buyer.
All prices will be subject to V.A.T. at the rate current at the time of the invoice.
On goods awaiting collection or held pending release by the purchaser or held by the Company pending payment of an overdue account we reserve the right to invoice these goods.
Should these goods be held longer than 7 days then storage charges may be levied
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of the company payment shall be due in 30 days from the date of invoice. This applies to approved accounts only
On orders delivered by installments we reverse the right to invoice each installment in the month it is despatched.
Interest will be levied on overdue payments and all recovery costs shall be claimed from the Buyer.
DELIVERY
Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company. Claims for consequential loss,damage or expenses resulting from late delivery will not be considered, unless agreed in writing by a director of the company in the contract details
RETURNS
The Company shall be under no obligation to accept the return of goods but may do so at their option
Goods will only be accepted back following written approval by a director of the Company. The cost of returning goods shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
TITLE and RISK
Title of the goods shall not pass until payment in full has been received, and the buyer agrees to indemnify the Company against loss or damage to the Goods until such time as title is transferred
WARRANTY
Goods supplied shall be subject to the manufacturers standard guarantee. Faulty goods will be returned to the Company who reserve the right to repair or replace. Claims for consequential loss will not be considered under any circumstances.
Should returned goods be found not to be faulty or have failed due to circumstances not covered by the Warranty, the Company will recover in full all cost incurred.
CANCELATION
Should the Buyer cancel at any time during the contract the Company reserves the right to levy such costs incurred up to the time of cancellation
SUB-CONTRACT
The Company may assign part or all of the contract to any firm, person or company
