We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic customer service/sales advisor at our head office in Stretford, Manchester. We are one of the leading suppliers of ventilation equipment within the United Kingdom. The purpose of the role is to assist in all functions of the sales team, working closely with other team members and customers. You will provide a high level of customer service/care at all times.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Dealing with all aspects of customer enquiries via inbound/outbound telephone calls, email and direct customer contact.
- Dealing with all aspects of customer care.
- Supporting all members of the sales/technical team in a polite and efficient manner
- Offering customer support and advice relating to technical queries and products on the website.
- Manage customer complaints in a timely manner to achieve an acceptable resolution.
